Managed Firewall Services

Companies looking to achieve a satisfactory level of information security in a distributed work environment -- even with IT resources on staff, often find the cost of security beyond acceptable limits. This scenario does not reduce the need to protect critical assets but rather requires companies to consider an alternate approach to satisfying their security needs. ESC offers a Remote Firewall Management Service, provided by a team of experienced security professionals to help clients maintain solid perimeter security.

Managed Firewall Services from ESC nicely compliment overall ESCare fault and performance reporting. The ESC Managed Firewall Service provides the necessary tools for monitoring the actual firewall hardware and software itself, and delivery of the service can take place in one of two ways:

Provide add/change/delete services to the firewall that resides at the customer premise
ESC houses the firewall in the NOC, providing Internet connectivity to the customer via their head-end
